Takrarishta Preparation:

• Butter Milk(Takra) is prepared by mixing curd and water in 3:1 ratio
• Amla, Harad and Black pepper is mixed in appropriate proportions.
• Pancha Lavana and herbs are also added in 1:3 ratio
• Ingredients are allowed to ferment for four days in a dark place covered with lid
